Dance is the bodys own magical way of healing, restoring and generating new energy through movement & rhythm.
It’s a natural and joyful part of our being and accessible to all.

Fleberg Studios is located in the heart of Stockholm and offers an exclusive & private environment for personal training, movement practices, rehearsals, classes/workshops, fittings, meetings & more.
The space is fully equipped with a 5x5m dance studio, sound system, kitchen, bathroom & lounge area.

COACHING

Matilda Fleberg provides individual sessions, group sessions & package-programs as well as coaching on set for music videos, commercials, films & events- all with a tailored made arrangement structured after your individual needs & aspirations.

Our coaching is open for all ages, levels and fields.

WE OFFER:

ARTIST TRAINING: aiming to enhance the artist natural movement language/expression and create authentic and emotional performance skills.
MODEL TRAINING: focused on walk & pose exercises to create freedom and creativity in the movement language so you’re flexible and ready for whatever jobs come your way.
ACTOR TRAINING: creating techniques for how to research, explore & create a characteristic body language for the role
MOVEMENT COACHING FOR COMPANIES: movement workshops designed to release stress, increase focus & connect as a team
DANCE TRAINING: all levels & ages are welcome
WEEKLY CLASSES

CHOREO CLASS:

The choreo class only has 6 available spots so that each participant can get individual feedback throughout the class.
Each class starts with a full body warm up and then focuses on working on quality & execution in choreography.
The studio has a private & relaxed atmosphere that allows you to train on your own level & pace while getting clear guidance in how to move forward to the next level with your dancing.
